Project Description
This was our first project with Associated Bank and we are excited to be part of their construction family. This was a tenant occupied phased project and included:
- New Security Entry vestibule
- Full roof replacement to standing seam metal roof
- Existing front canopy and chimney removal
- Full landscaping on entire lot
- Tie-in to city utilities
- Full MEP renovation inside, with new HVAC systems and lighting throughout
- Full interior office remodel with new glass panel walls and new ADA teller stations
- Bathroom remodel with new fixtures
- Exterior lighting
- Parking lot sealing and striping
